Грант Кардон — Мотивация

В 29 лет Грант приобрел первую недвижимость: односемейный объект в Хьюстоне. Поначалу аренда отбивала затраты, но это продлилось не долго. Молодой человек занялся поиском новых арендаторов. Приобретя плачевный опыт, Кардон продал неудачное приобретение, посчитав невыгодным вариантом для инвестиций.

Спустя несколько лет, делая накопления, работая над собственной базой недвижимости, предприниматель провел первую многоквартирную сделку. Продав 38 объектов в Сан-Диего, бизнесмен приобрел объект стоимостью в $ 1,9 млн, сделав минимальный взнос, а уже через месяц стал владельцем второго комплекса.

Постепенно Грант покупал объекты, стоимость которых вскоре оценили в $ 350 млн. Агентства недвижимости, организованные Кардоном, обосновались в нескольких штатах, а к 2012 году Грант приобрел еще пять многоквартирных комплексов.

Разбираясь в инвестициях, владелец Cardone Acquisitions располагал большей частью акций компании, а также получал поддержку от банков. Грант оказался магнатом недвижимости. Бизнесмена стали считать асом продаж.

Кардон поделился секретами успеха и советами для предпринимателей в книгах. Его произведения оказались в числе бестселлеров. Популярностью пользовались «Продай, или продадут тебе» и «Если ты не первый — ты последний».

Правила бизнеса, описываемые автором, подходят для начинающих и перегоревших бизнесменов, менеджеров по продажам и брокеров. Мотивационным пособием стала книга «Правило в 10 раз больше». Библиография бизнесмена постепенно пополнилась 8 произведениями, которые нашли аудиторию в качестве руководства к действиям.

Цитаты из них Гордон часто упоминает в интервью, приводя в пример случаи из собственной биографии. Успех Кардона помог оказаться авторитетным предпринимателем и медийной персоной. Грант стал ведущим передачи «Король перемен», в которой выступал коучером для владельцев небольших компаний.

Личная жизнь
С супругой Еленой Лайонс Грант Кардон познакомился на съемочной площадке. Бизнесмен не сумел привлечь внимание красавицы, что раззадорило его как менеджера по продажам. К тому же мужчина верил, что встретил девушку мечты.
